Prior to joining the DWI GUYS, Sean worked in strategic business development, including financial and sales management positions. Serving in upper management within country wide recognized companies in different industries proved to be challenging but productively rewarding for Sean. Most notable is his versatility and understanding of the importance of a client/customer service relationship.
Sean’s greatest strengths are his reliability, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.
When asked why he does what he does, his response was: At times in life, Good people make mistakes and bad things can happen. “I am part of a focused team with the DWI GUYs that has the opportunity, experience and education to fight so that this mistake will not ruin the remainder of their lives”.
Sean’s gift to relate, educate and create an understanding subtly calms a potential client and allows them to retain and understand what is going on and how we can help. This is a very vulnerable and scary time for the individual and understanding this with empathy creates trust.
