John I. LaMancuso was born and raised in Western New York. He focuses his practice on litigation, handling personal injury and criminal defense matters in courts throughout Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, Erie, and Niagara Counties. He also serves as the Attorney for the Village of Lakewood, New York. In 2017, Mr. LaMancuso was named to the National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40” list. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association’s Civil Practice Law and Rules Committee, the New York State Bar Association’s Town and Village Justice Courts Task Force, the American Association for Justice, the Bar Association of Erie County, the Jamestown Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Robert H. Jackson Inn of Court. Mr. LaMancuso is also active in the Jamestown Kiwanis Club and the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation. He resides in his hometown – Jamestown – with his wife and son.
